All of us at VFC understand the direct correlation between your physical state and your mental well being, starting with our founder who has been a personal trainer for over 10 years.  Our team is comprised of like-minded individuals who have incorporated living well into our daily lives and have seen the exponentially positive impact of healthy living first hand.
