Where we ship

We currently ship to addresses within the United States.

Processing time

In-stock orders are packed and shipped from Southern California within 1 to 2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). Pre-orders ship within the time frame shown on the product page (currently 4 to 6 weeks). You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order ships.

Shipping options and rates

Standard shipping: $5.95, arrives in 3 to 5 business days after shipping. FREE on orders of $75 or more.

Express shipping: $15.00, arrives in 1 to 2 business days after shipping.

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Carrier delays caused by weather, holidays, or high volume are outside our control.

Address accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you notice a mistake, email us right away and we'll do our best to update it before your order ships. We're not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout.

Lost or stolen packages

If your tracking shows delivered but you can't find your package, check with neighbors and your local post office, then email us within 7 days of the delivery date and we'll help you file a claim with the carrier.
